Ginger tea with honey and lemon is a perfect beverage for winter since it fights cold and flu. Kick start your cold, chilly winter mornings with a hot cup of tea brewed with ginger, honey, and lemon. Ingredients:
3 cups of water
3 tsp tea
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
1. Heat 3 cups of water. Before it begins to boil add ginger.
2. Just as it starts to boil add the tea leaves. Brew.
3. Strain in a cup. Add honey and lemon.
A perfect morning 🙂
Note: You can omit honey and lemon if you like a simple ginger tea with milk.
