Ingredients:
3 potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into finger shape
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. red chili sauce
2 tsp. tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
1½ tbsp. oil
For Sauce:
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 tsp. red chili sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
2 garlic cloves minced
1½ tbsp. honey
½ tbsp. oil
1 tbp sesame seeds
1 tsp. chopped spring onion greens for garnish
Method:
1. Combine potato fingers, corn flour, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and salt and mix. Deep-fry the potato fingers to a golden brown shade.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic and sesame seeds sauté on high flame for few seconds. Add the red chili sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar and stir for a minute.
3. Add the fried potatoes and toss. Add the honey and mix well for a minute.
Serve garnished with spring onion greens or coriander leaves and combine.
