Kebabs are the most sought after starters, and are a favorite iftar dish during Ramadan. Here is a three-step kebab recipe to prepare delicious chicken kebabs. You can replace the chicken with mutton or beef, keeping in mind the cooking time. Unlike most kebabs, hindustani kebabs are simple to prepare. Enjoy this simple keema kebab recipe.
Ingredients:
250 gm mince meat (chicken or mutton)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
½ kg grated onions
1 tbsp green chili paste
2 to 3 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
2 to 3 slices of soaked bread
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except bread in a bowl. Grind the ingredients to make a meat mixture.
2. In a bowl, mix the meat mixture with the soaked bread till everything is completely combined.
3. Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten them between your palms.
4. Shallow fry the kababs on low flame till cooked through and browned on all sides.
