500 gms chicken breast
2tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 1/2 onion
5 medium-sized garlic cloves
2 large red chillies
2 tbsp oil

Cut the chicken breasts into 2 inch thin long strips. Prepare marinade by mixing 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, and 1 tsp ground black pepper. Marinate the chicken strips and leave aside for thirty to forty minutes.

Grind half onion, two garlic cloves and two large-sized red chillies into fine paste. You can also add 1 tsp of tomato ketchup. Heat 1tbsp oil in a nonstick work. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic. When the colour slightly changes, add the red chilly sauce. Do not allow the garlic to burn. Stir and cook the sauce for five to ten minutes. Now add salt and the chicken. Cook for another ten minutes.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
