Fruit and Prawn Salad



1 piece firm ripe papaya
1 piece pink grapefruit
1 piece small firm ripe mango
1 piece large firm ripe banana
12 piece large cooked prawns shelled and deveined
orange skin julienne to garnish


1 ½ tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs caster sugar
1 tbs dark soy sauce
¼ tsp crushed chillis
2 tbs peanut oil
pinch of salt


  1. Cut Cubes of all the fruits
  2. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients for the dressing
  3. Toss in the fruits. Serve chilled or preferable at room temperature
