- 500 gm paneer (cottage cheese)cut into 1 ½ inch squares and a ½ inch thick
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- ½ inch ginger piece, grated
- ½ tsp red chili, chopped
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Mix all the marinade ingredients well.
- Add the paneer and marinate for 3 to 4 hours
- Skewer the paneer n barbecue on electric grill or oven grill.
- Serve hot with barbecue sauce.
