1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
2 green chillies, chopped finely
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped finely
1 teaspoon lime juice
Salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
4-5 curry leave
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
Marinate the prawns for 40 minutes to an hour.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the marinated prawns to it and fry. Prawns take up to 3 to 5 minutes to cook. Ensure you don’t overcook them.
Now add the curry leaves and cumin seeds and swirl the saucepan.
